播但線はC57三重連の生野越え、伯備線はD51三重連で布原信号所での映像です。 播但線も伯備線も陰陽連絡路線です。播但線は貨物牽引機関車であるD51が配備されず、｢貴婦人｣の愛称を持つ旅客用のC57が貨車を牽く珍しい路線でした。
