Frankie Laine - The Wayward Wind
In 1956 Gogie Grant had a hugh Hit with this song and Tex Ritter also had a great recording of it. Then in 1968 Frankie recorded it for his "Take Me Back To Laine Country" Album. His is a very different version of the song done in a slow western style.
