Portal 2 Co-op: [Course 2] Chamber 2 Button Skip
This lets you finish the chamber without using the button. To do this, the portal on the slanted surface has to be as low as possible, otherwise you won't get the distance to get across the gap for some reason. Other than that it's pretty much random whether you go across or not.

Portal 2: [Chapter 5] Skip Wheatley's Light
Skips the sequence where the power shuts out and Wheatley turns on his flashlight. Should save a little bit of time since normally you can't move until Wheatley's flashlight turns on. The downside is that the level ends up being pitch black anyway.

Portal 2: [Chapter 8] Dialogue Skip
fairly simple, you just need to manage to throw the cube onto the button while standing in front of the door and you'll be able to go through it without sitting through all the dialogue. Saves 45 seconds.
