Ribcage dynamics (breathhold practice)
This is a series of three consecutive breathholds: 2:05 breathhold followed by 1:41 exhaled breathhold and then by a longer 3:16 breathhold. I changed the lighting to better show contractions. Heartbeat is visible under the ribs. SpO2 meter shows oxygen saturation and heart rate (audible beeps).

I really pushed myself here, trying to get to 2 minutes, but fell a few seconds short. The oxygen saturation dropped from 99% to 64% after the end of breathhold. It was tough! Strong contractions near the end. Heartbeat visible in abs and neck. Watch in HD quality to clearly see the monitor.
