Marcee in Slow Motion
Nothing is better than having a slow motion capable HD video camera and an attractive friend with a great sense of humor. Basically, the Sony HDR XR500 takes a 3-second clip and turns it into a 12 second clip. The quality is reduced a bit, but the results are always pretty cool.

Ed breaks coconut with roundhouse kick
